10/23/2024 UPDATE: The State Cup Guidelines were updated (version dated 10/22/2024). This update included corrections for teams qualifying for play-in games under Two Flights 8-16 teams and Three Flights 33+ teams. 

10/21/2024 UPDATE: We have not yet sent out the registration process for State Cup Tournament. Anticipate more information within the next week.
